Suntex Marina Investors in the US has acquired two new locations on Don Pedro Lake – Lake Don Pedro Marina and Moccasin Point Marina.

Don Pedro Lake is a reservoir located in the Sierra Nevada foothills, a two-hour drive from San Francisco. With nearly 160 miles of shoreline and nearly 13,000 surface-acres of water, it is the sixth largest reservoir in California.

Lake Don Pedro Marina, on the western shore of the lake, is a full-service facility that provides everything from fuel and fishing tackle to hats, souvenirs and food. The marina offers houseboat rentals; ski boat, personal watercraft and fishing boat rentals; boat slips and dry storage; a repair shop; and a cafe and convenience store.

Moccasin Point Marina is located on the eastern shore of the lake and offers watercraft rentals – including kayaks and paddleboards – slip rentals, limited food and beverage and a convenience store.

“The Suntex portfolio is continuing to expand to offer members exceptional value and top-notch facilities in the most sought-after vacation locations in the country,” says Bryan Redmond, founding principal of Suntex.

The Suntex portfolio now consists of 45 marinas in California, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee and Virginia.
