Agantur Shipyard, located in Bodrum, Turkey, has delivered its second superyacht to the UAE following the delivery of its sister yacht in 2012.

The 38m steel motoryacht Tornado carries the characteristic lines of the traditional Dhow.

Dhows are the traditional sailing vessels of the Arabian Gulf. Usually one or two-masted Arab sailing vessels, lateen or settee rigged, the sailboats typically have a double-ended hull form.

M/Y Tornado, with a full-beam master suite and four guest cabins, is decorated with hand-made crystals and gold-plated accessories.

She is equipped with two 1,400hp CAT engines and can reach a top speed of up to 16 knots. The yacht is also RINA C compliant.

Agantur Shipyard has been building custom and semi-custom superyachts up to 50m since 1985, with in-house design and engineering services as well as consultancy, maintenance and brokerage solutions.

More than 30 yachts from the yard are currently sailing all over the world.
